OFFICERS

 

The Officers of the Association shall be the President, Vice-President, Captain, Vice-Captain, the Honorary Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Secretary, Handicap Secretary and the Fixtures Secretary who shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting and shall be eligible for re-election. They will take office at the conclusion of Annual General Meeting.

 

COMMITTEE

 

The management of the Association shall be vested in a Committee consisting of the Officers, the Immediate Past Captain and up to three members representing the membership. These representatives shall be elected for a period of three years after which they will retire in rotation and shall be eligible for re-election.

Members of the Association within each club shall elect a member as their ‘Representative’ who shall be responsible for the administration of the Association’s affairs within his club and for liaison with the Committee.

The role of the Representatives elected within each club is of vital importance to the Association for without them it would be impossible to organise the activities of the Association.
